Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Full Refund (100%) – If canceled at least 14 days before check-in.

• Partial Refund (50%) – If canceled between 7-13 days before check-in.

• No Refund – If canceled less than 7 days before check-in.

Early Departures & No-Shows

• Early Departures: If you check out before your scheduled departure date, the unused nights are non-refundable.

• No-Shows: If you do not arrive on your check-in date without notice, the booking is canceled with no refund.

Booking Modifications & Rescheduling

• Change Your Dates: You may modify your booking once (subject to availability) if requested at least 7 days before check-in.

• Last-Minute Changes: Date modifications made 6 days before check-in may attract additional fees.

Non-Refundable Booking Option

• For travelers seeking the lowest rates, we offer a non-refundable booking discount of 15%.

• This option is final—no cancellations, refunds, or date changes.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
