General Terms, Conditions & House Rules

Welcome to Palm Breeze Suites! We’re excited to host you and ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay. To make your experience smooth and hassle-free, please review the following Terms, Conditions and House Rules before booking.

General Terms & Conditions

Check-in & Check-out:

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM

  • Late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional fees.

Booking & Occupancy:

  • The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.

  • The registered guest is responsible for ensuring all occupants follow house rules.

  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Any additional guests must be approved by the host in advance.

Payment & Security Deposit:

  • Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

  • A security deposit may be required for longer stays or special bookings.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Our cancellation policy applies as outlined on our booking platform.

  • No refunds will be provided for power outages or unforeseeable events beyond our control.

Guest Registration & Security:

  • Upon arrival, all guests must register with the security team by providing their identification (ID or passport).


Housekeeping & Cleaning Services:

  • Complimentary housekeeping is provided every third day for stays longer than 5 nights.

  • Fresh linens, towels, and trash bags will be provided during your stay.

  • Trash bags should be kept outside the front door for collection by the caretaker.

    Electricity & Utilities:

  • Long term guests (longer than 30 day stay) will meet their electricity and utility bills.


Damages & Breakages:

  • Guests must report any damage or breakages during their stay.

  • The cost of replacement of damaged or repair will be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.

  • Crockery & glassware must be replaced in matching sets, approved by the hosts if broken.

  • A deep cleaning fee of $20 per towel applies if bath towels are stained or misused.


House Rules

Check-in Procedures:

  • A digital code for the door will be provided for your use during the stay.


Respect & Noise Control:

  • Please respect neighbors and fellow guests. No loud noise levels after 9:00 PM.

  • Parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

Smoking & Substance Policy:
Strictly No Smoking Inside the Apartment (including cigarettes, shisha, or any drugs).

  • Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

  • A $400 fine applies for smoking inside the apartment.

Swimming Pool & Shared Spaces:

  • Pool hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Guests must follow all pool rules and respect shared spaces.

  • No glassware or alcohol is allowed in the pool area.

  • Swimming towels are provided inside the apartment.

AC & Energy Conservation:

  • Turn off all lights, AC, and appliances when not in use.

  • Keep doors and windows closed while using AC to save energy.

Security & Valuables:

  • A safe deposit box is provided in the master bedroom for valuables.

  • Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Children & Family Stays:

  • The property is suitable for children under 10 years old.

  • Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.

Visitors & Additional Guests:

  • Visitors must be registered at the gate for security purposes.

  • Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not allowed.

Check-out Procedures:

  • Please inform the host of your departure time in advance.

  • The housekeeper will inspect the apartment before check-out.

  • Kindly lock the door on departure.
